More Chapter 2 Free Play
Last week's Chapter 2 PvP play event was pretty nice, but hear some people complaining that it is still not good enough, especially in attracting new players and not very flexible.
Therefore, I would suggest 2 more "events" to do before or at releast of Chapter 2:
1) a free PvE event for Chapter 2. Open up some earlier exploration areas, quest, one or two missions, to let people feel the PvE side of Guild Wars, as a way to attract the PvE crowd from other games.
2) A Unlock all skills (for A and Rt too) PvP weekend event for only Pre-paid people. This let people to try out the new builds, to get an early start on things. Of couse, also mainly to attract people to buy the pre-paids.
Ideas? Suggestions? Comments?

I'd like a PvP weekend that is centered around the taking over of maps, or even just to test the different PvP gameplay modes that incorporate more than 1 party of 8.
Chances are we won't see anything having to do with Unlock All Skills for the new classes, since these events are tied to our account, we will continue to unlock skills during the events for the new classes. And since that's the case, I highly doubt any form of UAS will be seen.
But yea, either a PvE event (which we will definately be seeing, I'm assuming), and a PvP event that incorporates some of the PvE-ness of taking over places and such...

I would like to see some of the PvE side. At least to play the characters through the "pre" time line. As it was, I started to create an Assassin and Ritualist, looked at the armors and weapons, read the skills and backed out. PvP is dull to me so the weekend really had nothing gained for me other than a sneak peek at what's to come.
Don't get me wrong, I think Anet was awsome for even letting me peek, but yea, I wish there was something for me to actually piddle with... without the PvP play.

Elena, there has been some debate for awhile now about the release of a UAS, PvP only version of GW, for all those players who can't stand the thought of PvE. Apparently it takes WAY too much faction to unlock all the skills.
(Correct me if I'm wrong, but GvG win = 1000 faction = 1 (non-elite) skill? Honestly I don't see what they are complaining about.)
A.Net has said it is never going to happen, something which seems to have bothered the PvP players horribly.

this is what they are still yelling for.
one weekend of beta testing only and they have never given up demanding it.
Anet learned the hard way that if you give something to try it will be demanded forever.

I'm looking in the wrong places... where can I find this info? Searching still doesn't work, so a link would be great.
Thanks

the info of future events was at the bottom of the pvp event announcement which is now gone.
specific pve events were mentioned in posts by company reps GAILE GRAY/ALEX WEEKES as in the future no date released yet
